On September 10, VA’s Board of Veterans’ Appeals exceeded its goal
Three weeks ahead of schedule, to deliver 90,050 appeals decisions regarding disability benefits and services to Veterans in fiscal year 2019. This is approximately 9,000 more decisions than the previous year.
The Board also hit a record by providing more than 21,000 hearings in FY 2019, which is 5,000 more hearings than last year.
