Army Reserve’s Top Enlisted Soldier Retires

In 1970, Leon Caffie was drafted into the Army and sent to Vietnam, where he earned the Combat Infantryman’s Badge and a Bronze Star.  Nearly 40 years later, Command Sgt. Maj. Caffie will retire this month as the ranking enlisted soldier in the Army Reserve.
