Bergmann & Moore provides nationwide legal assistance exclusively to Veterans and their dependents in compensation and pension claims before and against VA.

Our Cases
We have handled hundreds of cases before and against VA. Due to the great demand for our services, we tend to represent Veterans with the most severe symptoms--those who are not working due to their disabilities and those who have been fighting VA for many years. However, we welcome contact from anyone with a Veterans’ benefits question, and we will gladly give informal advice to Veterans and their family members, even if we cannot represent them formally.
When We Can Help
You can contact us for free advice at any stage in the appeals process, -- even it you have yet to file a claim. If you have received a denial from any level of VA, we strongly advise that you obtain legal advice quickly, as many appeal periods have very short deadlines.
