Background:
Mr. Moore worked as an Associate Counsel with the Board of Veterans' Appeals in Washington DC from 1996 until 1999, when he left to form the Law Offices of Joseph R. Moore. In 2004 Mr. Moore founded Bergmann & Moore, LLC, with Glenn Bergmann.
