Background:
After spending two fulfilling years as an appellate litigator in the VA Office of the General Counsel, Professional Staff Group VII, Mr. Bergmann founded the law firm of Bergmann & Moore, LLC with Joe Moore in 2004.

Mr. Bergmann currently serves on the Board of Governors of the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims Bar Association as President-Elect and on the Bylaws and Amicus committees of the National Organization of Veterans Advocates.
