Bergmann & Moore is a partnership made up of experienced former VA attorneys, with offices in Washington D.C. and Maryland. We offer representation at all levels of the VA administrative process, as well as in the Federal court system, at the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. We concentrate solely on veterans law, and remain current on Veterans issues. We pledge our clients that we will vigorously pursue their claims even if you cannot afford costs related to the claim and will seek to obtain the highest level of VA benefits for the veteran and their dependants. Our close ties with VA can be helpful in ensuring that your claim is quickly processed and that you are provided the maximum benefit under the law without delay.

Bergmann & Moore is managed by Joseph R. Moore and Glenn R. Bergmann. Both Mr. Moore and Mr. Bergmann are experienced former VA attorneys that now devote their time to exclusively serving veterans and their dependents in VA compensation and pension claims.

While employed with the VA, Mr. Moore wrote opinions for the Board of Veterans Appeals. Mr. Bergmann previously worked in VA's Office of General, Appellate Litigation Division, defending the VA at the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. Both managing attorneys bring a wealth of experience and knowledge of veterans law and the day-to-day issues.
