About Bergmann & Moore
Bergmann & Moore is a law firm managed by experienced former VA attorneys who focus exclusively on Veterans disability claims. Our main office is located in the Washington, D.C. area, in order to help us access the Court and the Department of Veterans Affairs head offices, but we represent Veterans who live all across America, from California to Florida, and we represent Veterans who live in Puerto Rico and the Philippines as well.
We offer representation at all levels of the VA administrative process, as well as in the Federal court system, at the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC), and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. We focus solely on Veterans’ law and remain current on Veteran-related issues, claims and benefits.
Some claims take just a few months, others take years. But, as one of the largest law firms in the country which only practices in the area of Veterans’ benefits, we offer our clients the peace of mind that comes with knowing we have the resources to stand by them until they get what they deserve.

Bergmann & Moore is managed by Glenn R. Bergmann and Joseph R. Moore. Both Mr. Bergmann and Mr. Moore are experienced former VA attorneys that now devote their time to exclusively serving Veterans and their dependents in VA compensation and pension claims. Both managing partners bring a wealth of experience and knowledge of Veterans’ law and have helped hundreds of Veterans and their families successfully navigate VA’s complicated claims process. Together, they each lead a team of attorneys and legal support staff that represent Veterans at all levels of this process.
